Its funny how you say that when Wilders opponents are a similar level to Vitalis opponents when you take out Fury. Wilder being a hail mary puncher is nonsense. Also Vitali didnt hit hard he was extremely average with little snap as was seen in the Lennox Lewis fight when Emanuel Steward had no fear of Vitalis power telling Lennox to make it a dog fight.
Fury wins a competitive decision. Fury aint Peter or a 40 year old Sanders.. interesting fight though, two huge men with iron wills..
Its extremely similar. Someone posted this on another thread. "Wilder had 13 WBC title fights. Vitali had 13 WBC title fights. That's how many they had. Both fought the reigning Ring champ once, and both lost to the reigning champ. Wilder fought six Top 5 Ring fighters in his 13 WBC title fights. Vitali fought four Top 5 Ring rated fighters in his 13 WBC title fights." If you want to break it down Wilder fought Ortiz twice. The only fighters that Vitali beat that were similar to Ortiz were Corie Sanders, Sam Peter and maybe Chris Areola. Both have extremely weak resumes for championship standards.
Fury probably gets knocked out, been put down by lets call them what they are, bums. I doubt he can keep someone like Vitali off of him. Pounds Fury on the ropes
Those are just stats. I look at the actual competition. Whatever Luis has done to glow in your eyes in all you. It's amazing he legend of Luis Ortiz w/ wilder fans on this board....
What did Chris Areola or Sam Peter ever do to impress you ?. Sanders did beat Wlad but was basically a journeyman.
Those aren't 5 different fighters, I apologize though as I see what you mean now. Ortiz was rated top 10 2x but only 5 x1.
Close fight. Probably a decision either way. Fury could win. But, Vitali might win a decision with a superior work rate. Vitali and Fury are both massive, and, massively overrated.
