Rocky Marciano retired to help children that were bullied. Marciano did say this in an interview on May 1 1956. Rocky's management felt that he had two more good fights left but that Marciano was finding it harder to train. Any thoughts on this ?

I've read several times that Marciano retired because he found out that his manager, Al Weill, was stealing from him.

That may be possibly true, but by the article I have read, he wanted to do the same thing that Archie Moore did later, opening up youth clubs for the young, that is sure admirable. It would be nice if today's champions thought of others instead of themselves.

The vast majority are more WWE then the classic man from the old world. Archie Moore’s are a precious few in all walks of life we were lucky he was a boxer and we got him. If I could spend an afternoon with one boxer it would be him, I envy your time with the great man Richard.

I doubt that Marciano was terribly bothered by youthful bullying. I have not read off him doing any work in that regard.
Marciano was a sex addict. After he retired he traveled all over the world giving speeches and lectures and carrying a suitcase full of sex toys and cameras. He kept his wife. She died of alcoholism shortly after Rocky's death.

Billy, Billy, Billy. How do you know if he was a sex addict? Don't you have anything nice to say? I bet if it was a fighter that you liked today, he would not be a sex addict. They do things like Modern (Steroids) Nutrition and Cocaine. Oh, Noo ! It's been said if you have nothing nice to say about anyone, don't say anything at all. By the way, how old are you? I am 63 years old.

Marciano is one of my favorite fighters. What I'm saying about him is well known to even semi Marciano experts. BTW, I'm 77 years old. I have no idea what that has to do with anything.
Here's part of an article from Sports Illustrated: Read it.
So the mesh included people, such as the late Lindy Ciardelli on the West Coast and Paterniti on the East Coast, whose job was to help feed Marciano's prodigious sexual appetite. "Rock liked girls, know what I mean?" Paterniti says. "Nobody wants me to tell you about it, but Rock was insane about girls—all the time. Rocky was the heavyweight champion of girls. Forget about the fights. He was crazy about the girls; that's all he wanted to do. Rocky constantly had orgies and parties, night and day.... A friend of mine in New York got me and Rocky thousands of girls. Honestly, literally a thousand girls. We had girls every single day and night. I carried a suitcase full of vibrators. I mean, we used to call Rocky the vibrator king. I had a suitcase that I took all over, filled with vibrators and electric massagers and emotion lotion and all kinds of creams and oils.... We went to Pennsylvania and we were with these mob guys and they were bringing us girls and Rocky said, 'Don't let 'em know we got all that stuff. They'll think that we're weird or somethin'.' "

The truth is better than a lie about Rocky starting some youth group.

Well I dunno if Rocky Marciano qualified, but there are definitely people who ruin their lives with sex the same ways people do with drugs and alcohol.

Putting aside that it may destroy you romantic relationships (some wives are cool with it but I bet that's rare), compulsive sex addiction usually comes with an increased desire for risk, which can end with you getting an STD or murdered/assaulted/stalked by some weirdo you met on the internet. A lot of them also get fixated on one sex worker because that person will feed their addiction on demand. Guys (mostly) blow their entire lives lose their homes jobs etc because they convince themselves they love someone who immediately ghosts them when they can't afford to pay any more. Also there's porn addicts who just can't function like most of us do.

Bob Crane who played Hogan on Hogan's heroes is a kinda famous sex addict story that ended with his (likely) murder by another sex addict who was never convicted. Crane had cut the other guy off and since Crane's fame allowed that other guy access to women 24/7, this dude (likely) killed him. There's a movie with about him with Greg Kinear and Willem Defoe in it that. wasn't bad.

Tommy Morrison ruined his life with drugs AND sex. Rocky may have been a sex addict, but at least give him props for waiting until he retire to indulge in his fantasies. We all know what a maniac trainer he was; I'm positive he kept away from women leading up to his fights. Then, he let it all hang out.

Bob Crane is an interesting case. Crane's son says that Crane's wife and Richard Dawson were both in on the murder. Crane's wife was Sigrid Valdis who played Klink's secretary, Hilda. Dawson hated Crane. Dawson was originally hired to play Hogan. He couldn't get rid of his British accent so they hired Crane. Dawson never forgave him. Crane and his wife were getting a divorce. If the divorce had gone through, she would have received half of his money. As it happened, she got all of it.

Interesting I never knew any of that but any theory where the spouse is involved is usually worth considering

Crane's buddy, John Carpenter is the one who probably actually did it although it was never proven. The police couldn't find him for a couple of days. He was staying at Dawson's house. Dawson was the only one of the Hogan cast who didn't attend the funeral.
Crane's wife visited Crane about a week before he was killed. He said she was very nice but after she left he noticed she had taken a key to his apartment. Everyone who knows is gone. We'll never know what happened.
