What happened to Joe Joyce?

Joyce doesn't flinch at all. Some of the shots Hammer caught him with were nasty.

Your choosing a really funny hill to die on here mark...Joyce is extremely slow...and I haven't seen him in with anyone at all to test his gas tank because his competition is crap.. because the heavyweight division...is crap....Joe Joyce is just not good....the fact he's probably a top 5 heavy speaks volumes about the state of the heavyweight division....and you've got idiots on this forum saying he's this generations foreman....he's closer to this generations foreskin

 

Joyce`s combos are better than AJ`s and he`s got a better hook specifically to the body, a punch AJ rarely throws.

 

Joyce`s punches are very good and he`s a smooth finisher.

 

Most of those shots didn`t land clean, his movement was better v Dubois, his weight was the second heaviest of his career for this fight v Hammer.

 

No need tot take time and set traps when you know you can crush the opposition.

He came forward and threw safety out the window. He didn’t look spectacular from a boxing standpoint yet he destroyed Hammer from the second round until the stoppage with raw power and his relentless attack.

But as you say they do this , ie GGG against Brooks, he just walked into him which made Books look better than he is...poor really not giving the opponenet the respect...

Not sure about AJ sparking him but getting a Stoppage is probable...

 

Bruno had stamina problems, Joyce would have walked him down and has better punch variety also.

 

They really weren`t that good.
