I think you meant... Joe Joyce was robbed of Olympic gold by Tony Yoka in the amateurs. Joe beats Bakole senseless.
Yes Joyce can beat Bakole. Bakole isn't that great, just a mammoth puncher. Joyce is both a big puncher (not as big as Bakole) with a much better chin and better ring IQ. Bakole would get ground down and stopped late, after one or two good moments early on (like most Joyce opponents).
God I love Bakole. So underrated. Bakole's issue is his workrate. It's consistent but Joyce can outmatch it. Both big punchers. Bakole is subtly quick for his size when he wants to be. Both big hitters, both made of iron. Both good jabs when they utilize it properly. Bakole needs more ring time. He let off the frenchman too easily. We'll assume Bakole is 34 also not 29. Not refined enough. A bit complacent. Joyce takes it, too expierance. If Bakole can overcome the classic big man fatique hump he'll be a force. Joyce & Fury have overcome it, even AJ can work hard for a big man over a distance (when he isn't under stress)
Joyce drowns Bakole through his relentless work rate. Bakole’s main weakness matches up very badly vs Joyce. Joyce TKO around rounds 7-10
Would be fun as hell whilst it lasted. I think Martin picks up an early lead. Beating Joe like an Ekwe for a few rounds. Before Joyce wears him down and splatters him like a Jackson Pollock.
