Same here. The thing with the younger/newer breed is they have zero defence. As soon as Bakole and Joyce face a genuine threat who can punch, they're going over. Everyone seems focused on the engine and output with the younger lot, but they're not very skillful IMHO.
Earn certainly not listening to @Brixton Bomber 2-3 of the 45 DAZN UK subscribers must have requested this while intoxicated
Bakole is massively overrated, he has shown absolutely nothing to suggest he's good enough. He looks too heavy, ponderous and slow, without a killer instinct too. I'd love to be wrong and for him to go far but don't see it. Plus he looks about 40.
According to Jurgen he's a superstar who would batter AJ! Jurgen probably, definitely, has posters of him in his mancave (nans broom cupboard).
@Brixton Bomber making up stories again I posted that I thought he would beat Joshua, Whyte and Chisora. Also posted that I was very impressed with the demolition of Tony Yoka in the Lions Den away from home in Paris. Where did I state he was a 'superstar'?
He’s going to Sky from what I’m told. Billy nelson has been shopping him there and Sky are looking to do something with him. My guess is a hunter rematch if he loses to fury. If fury wins they are targeting the dubois fight and will pay mick hennesey shades of Ali money to secure it
If we don't count Fury as active, I still rate Deontay Wilder and Joseph Parker if the improvements he showed in the last Chisora fight are no fluke. It will also be interesting to see how AJ does in the rematch against Usyk as, despite all the worrying signs from him going into the rematch, if he uses his size and weight advantages to bully Usyk I still give him a real chance. For the future look out for Bakhodir Jalolov and Jared Anderson.
Costello needs to get back to the radio and quickly. He’s not cut out for TV commentary, his style doesn’t work when we can what’s happening.
