Name one fighter Floyd beat at welterweight even close as good as Benitez.

 

He can't, because it hasn't. If anything, the sport has regressed significantly since the 1990's, as has already been pointed out.

There is no way he can look at that pound for pound list from 1999, compare it with a list from, say, 2019, and state with all sinercity that the sport has improved greatly over the course of the ensuing 20 years and that the 2019 list is more stacked than the 1999 list.

I advise BoxingIQ to actually watch the fights and fighters he so confidently talks about. It's obvious he hasn't. He has looked at boxrec records and maybe highlights, but I doubt that.

When literally everyone else is telling you the same thing, it's time to re-assess your position.
