Two times did Canelo get a boxing lesson off of a 36yo old GGG both on the back foot and front foot and both fights were 8-4, in that sense Canelo was schooled

Just a reminder, all 3 judges scored it "razor close" 115-113. And my scoring of Round 1 happens to agree with the judges scoring of that round, yours doesn't.

It's hilarious that Lancy Pants had to go back 3 years to find a quote of me using the term "whooped" which was clearly taken out of context, I used that term "whooped" there to describe why a strawman, average Canelo fan would have nothing to be jealous of GGG, after having just "whooped" him. It wasn't a situation that I was personally claiming that Canelo had actually "whooped" him. And if I did say that I literally thought he whooped him, that's not as bad as claiming that "razor close" fights are schoolings. Canelo clearly put a beating on GGG in their 2nd fight, at the same time it was also a "razor close" fight, at least on the cards. Two separate things can exist at once. A guy can get beat up worse than he ever had before while losing by a small margin. That's what happened in Canelo GGG 2. But a schooling, that's something completely different. A schooling suggests that a fight was very one-sided and not close at all. You don't need to be beaten in a one-sided manner to get whooped or beat up. That's more about how much damage you take rather than how close a fight was.

GGG didn't win either fight, to give someone a boxing lesson it's imperative that not only do you win, but that you would have won by a wide margin. Your view of both fights as 8-4 GGG is comical considering GGG was clearly outclassed by the more slick, more highly skilled Canelo, especially in the first fight. In the second fight, Canelo threw caution to the wind and made a strategic decision to stay in the pocket and dish out even more punishment. To give someone a boxing lesson, that involves not taking the amount of clean heavy shots GGG took in each fight. You can't get hit like GGG got hit then turn around and call that a boxing lesson. A boxing lesson involves hitting without getting hit, something that GGG didn't come close to doing either time.

A boxing lesson is what Bivol gave Canelo.

another question for you buddy....do you think that Chavez deserved a draw against Pernell? Because you seem all too happy to bring up scores even if they were incredibly suspicious. In fact wasn't the judge who scored Canelo vs Floyd a draw investigated? Its one of the most widely lambasted scorecards in a major fight of the last few decades and you are using it to back up the notion that it was a close fight?
