That's the only thing you could be talking about. Tank hasn't loomed large over any of his opponents.
Gamboa was far from a competitive LW when Tank beat the elderly shot one legged dwarf in their fight. Cruz was a replacement opponent who gave Tank all he could handle. Cruz was selected because they thought he’d be an easy win as he was the only opponent shorter than Tank. What about these facts is a lie? LSC was noticeably smaller than Tank and was a classic no hope opponent, an ideal opponent for Davis. Meanwhile Tank has managed to avoid all top opponents at 135 as he did at 130. Stevenson would school and expose Tank as a fraud. This is why you will not see them fight until fans like you wake up and demand it. Tank needs to fight a top five opponent in his next fight. Want to bet that he will not? Maybe a top five guy moving up two weight classes but not a top LW.
Same with Fortuna, but that's besides the point. The fact is that most of Tanks opponents were bigger than him.
Tank isn’t even fighting Fortuna level opponents and Garcia is younger. Garcia has already beaten Campbell, a guy who is better than anyone Tank has faced at 135. When are chumps like you and Tank’s fans going to demand he fight a legit opponent? You can no longer claim he’s still a green developing fighter. The guy is close to 30! Tank’s last fight was against Rolly, a club fighter. You guys probably want to see a rematch rather than see him fight a guy in the top five.
You sound like the chump to me. Acting like Fortuna was some kind of threat to anybody. He Rolly material at this point and he got treated like that. You on here trying to dog Tank out cause you don't like him, that's cool with me but if you lie about it. I will challenge it.
yeah, it would only be fair if he fought guys with equal ability to punch just as hard. hes also a reach bully.
He should take another shot at it. Remember when he first played Deadpool in the first Wolverine movie? Everyone thought he was terrible or the Deadpool character he played was terrible but look how everyone loves him as Deadpool now.
Fortuna>>38 y/0 shot for centuries Gamboa, Cuellar, Hugo Ruiz, Fonseca, Ricardo Nunez, Liam Walsh, Rolly, 126 LSC, Barrios, and Cruz who lost to a 10-5 janitor, drew against a 5-2 dog trainer, won a MD against a 1-4-1 drag queen, and could only scrape by Thomas Mattice by a single point on two of the judge's cards, the other had it dead level. Fortuna is Robert Easter and Jojo Diaz level the later of whom is Haney's second best win despite being a career 126 and it being a grotesque size mismatch.
That film was a masterpiece of cinematography and subtext. How dare you sir... oh, oh Green Lantern. Thought we were talking about The Green Mile. My bad.
He's recently destroyed Lozada, who took the 0 of Verdejo, far more easily than Pedraza, and stopped him 3 rounds faster. A year ago, he fought on even terms with JoJo Diaz and arguably without the point deduction, the fight should've been a draw, the same JoJo Diaz who went on give Haney everything he could handle 5 months later, including rocking him several times, and took at least 5 rounds off of him. Fortuna was never once rocked against Diaz. As far as the 140 thing, he took on Granados at 140 a few years back, and was rocking Granados with almost everything he landed. Had he not fallen out of the ring, and had to be stretchered out, he'd have probably ended up stopping him. Oh, and he weighed 10 pounds more than Kingry last night. So this argument isn't applicable. The reality is, a ton of people thought he'd be a problem for Ryan, would give him all he could handle and possible stop him. But I knew the reality, he'd freeze up the moment he tasted Ryan's power, and fearing the fast hands and accurate sharp punches of Ryan, that would neutralize his typical ambush style, and Ryan would walk him down and stop him, which is exactly what happened... and would've happened at 135 as well.
His weight was in his tummy tho lol, not in muscle. Also Lozada has been stopped in 3 of his last 4 fights. Fortuna looked like a fat little munchkin against Ryan.
