I have to see Shakur at 135 first but assuming he carries his power to the higher weight, he might knock Haney out. Haney is a solid fighter but Shakur is special. I’m a fan and look forward to seeing him at LW.

It’d be a really boring fight. Shakur probably times Haney’s movement and keeps tagging him with one or two shots while Haney’s bouncing in n out. I agree that Shakur seems like a special talent while Haney is just really good

The thing is we have to see how Shakur look at 135 and 140. He has the flash and all but don’t underestimate the ability of Haney using that 3 inch reach advantage and boring out the fight with the jab to win a very boring fight.

In order to humiliate Haney, he'd have to take the lead, but they're both such pussies, who are afraid of being hit, I have a really hard time envisioning that from either man. So no... you're wrong.

Just watch Judah vs Corley for your result.

    No one wins.

Would be a tactical fight for sure. I would favor Stevenson but we don’t really know how he would do at that weight. Haney also is better than this forum recognizes.

I've never seen such a prestigious lightweight/140 class filled up of of such ladybois unwilling to fight with actual talent.. "lets fight then"! (see you instagram) - Castillo, Corrales, Castillo, Freitas, Manfredy, Floyd, Gatti, Casamayora etc.

When tha money right? (remember when oskee, tito, mosley, vargas, reid, a coked up whitaker and chavez, hernandez, lopez, arce, mayweather, marquez, barrera, morales, tapia fought everyone they could?)

    Wave bye.

Yes he would. Even if he has no chin and his power doesn’t travel up lol.

Haney can’t crack an egg so a glass jaw won’t be a problem.

He doesn’t have to KO Haney either, but he will box his nut off for sure. So power doesn’t matter

Wrong. If Haney gets outboxed he will take the fight to his opponent like he attempted to do against Shakur in sparring.

He has just never faced that kind of threat because no one at 135 apart from Lomachenko can outbox him. If someone does outbox Haney at range he will probably press the issue

He was literally beating Linares up at close range before he got clipped so he is capable of it

Shakur as never fought at 135, so neither of us have a ****ing clue how good he is. Maybe he moves up, and his pillow fists are reduced to cotton balls, and everyone he faces ragdolls him. And let's not act like he fought a murderer's row at 126 and 130. His best win Valdez was schooled by Conceicao 8 months before, and what ring IQ he had, left him when he hooked up with the Reynoso Clen Cartel. A far worse unconscious fate would befall Valdez against any of the heavy hitters at 135.

Stevenson has never been outboxed at range either.so who knows how he'll react when facing a slick orthodox fighter with a longer reach, who refuses to take the lead. All of this is mere speculation, and there's zero evidence one can draw on to prove it would be a humiliation.

And he'll school Conceicao next. Then move up to 135 and dominate. You don't want to hear it, but it's enviable
Almost everything on this forum is mere speculation but the credit is given to whoever gets their prediction correct. Shakur would school pillow hands Devin Haney and take his lunch money. It would go exactly like Sparring.
