I pick Ali, but he might be in for a rough night. Marciano has that way of coming forward but he bends and rides with the punches. In conjugation, he keeps his arms out as well which helps deflect punches. He stays low, which will help avoid taking Ali's flickering jab. He still eats a bunch of jabs, but fewer than you would expect. Rocky's stamina is second to none. He can throw hard shots all fight long. Ali has no inside game at all. When he needs a rest he just grabs his opponents neck and that's where he will take some hard shots to the mid section, and Rocky might sneak some over the top. Ali might even taste the canvass. So Marciano has his moments, but not enough of them to win the fight. Ali is too durable, too fast, and the bigger man. Ali by UD.
Ali UD, but no way is it easy - he would have to be at his very best. If Muhammad tries the rope-a-dope, I think Marciano would do much better than Foreman did.
Foreman didn’t throw the volume Marciano did and was very sloppy Marciano with those shorter arms and shorter, compact shots would have done better
No. Ali takes this in a tough, gruelling 15 rounds. Wide decision...12-3 or 13 -2, but ALI knows he's been in a fight.
Ali had physical advantages and he's faster than him. Ali would have frustrated Marciano and would have beaten him by UD.
Marciano haters are so ridiculous Look what Frazier did to Ali and tell me Marciano couldn’t have had some success Also, Marciano would have benefited from different training and nutrition methods from the 50’s to the 70’s Not saying Ali loses, but he definitely would have to work
