    Froch V Abraham

    Was supposed to be a tough fight for Froch. In the end he boxed AA's head off and batterd him to a near shut out.

    Damn, that’s an hallucination to make anyone go cold turkey - at least I hope it is.

    So this Xmas you’ll be 25 years Angel Dust free. Congrats will be in order.

    On a totally unrelated note, I wonder if Boxed Ears’ grandma eventually kicked the same habit that her family “paid so dearly for”?

    The cost of living and hallucinating has risen so much more since then. It’s just not right.

    Bring back the free and nasty, primary school issue Perkins’ Paste I say - a good sniff and taste never hurt us as kids - we were always suspicious of the other kids who didn’t partake. Goody two shoes.

    1st fight wasn't close despite what the judges had it, it was a boxing masterclass from Kalambay. Probably one of the best/dominant wins over a great fighter still in there prime, i had it 9-3 to Kalamaby BTW.

    It’s almost weird how good Kalambay was and how he came from nowhere. Like peak Mayweather as a middleweight good, yet retired without money!

    management and promotion means so much in boxing

    The two that come to mind (at least for fights I watched live) are Hopkins/Trinidad and Mayweather/Corrales.

    Marquez was top 2 pfp and Mayweather was coming off a layoff. Mayweather barely beat a shot De la Hoya so Marquez was definitely going to be too technical for him.
