If Lewis and foreman went toe to toe I'm certain at some point he lands.

That is true, but Lewis will avoid a trade off, he will be cautious

Lewis doesn’t not hurt Foreman. He would have to be on his toes and alert cause if Foreman lands it’s nite nite. I see Foreman taking this

Lewis is way more skilled and can hit harder, so your statement is laughable.

Lewis's uppercut would be the insurmountable issue there.

We talking 70's Foreman? He went life and death with Lyle. I haven't seen anyone suggest that Lewis can't hit as hard as Lyle, and Lewis is far more skilled.

    Many.

Great as he was, his approach was often negative.

That is going to be punished increasingly, the further back you go!

I've always felt a prime Witherspoon would be a lively underdog.

I think Coetzee-era Weaver would have been not easy at all for Steward's Lewis.

George Foreman is all wrong for Lennox Lewis. I'd also pick Louis, Liston, Ali, Holmes, Tyson, Bowe and possibly guys like Tim Witherspoon, Pinklon Thomas, Greg Page all at their best to give Lennox hell.

    John Ruiz...just checking!!

Lewis fought a ton of power punchers that were less skilled than the mobile big men with talent.

I agree with this. We're talking a rough guy that could hit, he gave Larry Holmes a terrific fight.
He'd have being a threat to Lewis, there's always a danger, look at Weaver v Tate!
