The Saudi company who put the money up for this only have about £500 billion to play with, while Sky are practically paupers by comparison with a market value of a poxy £20 billion. So spare them a thought during these tough economic times instead of moaning about the price of the PPV.

I think Sky paid a flat fee for it, so the greed is on them on this particular facet.

Means nothing to me though, won’t be buying

Fury v Whyte was £25 with nobody on the undercard. Everyone was happy to pay for it despite this as you “pay for the main event not the undercard”

AJ v Usyk is a better fight and has two title eliminators on the undercard, one being a British fighter and one being a fight between two unbeaten heavyweights and yet an extra £2 is apparently a rip off.

I remember I was watching Whyte Povetkin in front of a younger cousin and I received a bollocking for exposing them to violent content!

I’d happily pay the extra 2 quid if it means I don’t have to listen to Bellew.

Saudis, Sky, Team Humble and Team Usyk all feeling the pinch during the cost of living crisis.

The only thing missing here is a just giving page to top up their income.

I disagree. The only way to “complain” is to not pay.

That everyone didn't include me. Anyone who doesn't think this, and every other pay per view fight is a rip off wants a word with themselves.

Sky have rights to the PGA so it's not really boycotting Liv Golf but have no interest in upsetting the PGA tour by entertaining the Liv Golf events.

Ppv was £15-£20 10 years ago they aren’t going to get any cheaper in the years to come.

I don’t drink alcohol any more so £27 is probably less than a weeks worth of alcohol. Or I don’t buy coffees out any more, £27 is what eight nine coffees? Week or twos worth. Or I don’t gamble much any more, never thought twice about loading up the account with £25 just like that. How about takeaways? I used to buy a curry every week no dramas, easily more than £27. Never thought twice about it.

Choice is all we have, some people choose to complain about things which are outside of their control. Freedom of choice is a beautiful thing. If ppv was £270 people would just say no thanks and not even bother complaining. But as it’s £27 people will complain and still buy it. What’s the point of that?

Nice to have Sky Box Office confirmed as broadcaster. It's a win win situation. I watch Sky via satellite and both the picture and sound quality are far better on a big screen than DAZN + the fact that it works 100% stable. It's a big bonus that we don't have to listen to Eddie Hearn's cheerleaders commentating on DAZN UK. Usyk vs Joshua II is such a big event that it deserves a solid build up and some decent commentators.
