I consider winning a fight by making your opponent quit to be the ultimate victory, because it means you've broken your opponent's spirit, which IMO, is even better than knocking them out cold. Of course, the most famous example would be Leonard-Duran II.
Fury also made Cunningham quit. He could have got up but didn't, smart move really was getting a pasting.
At 130 Loma made four world class fighters, three of them world champions, two undefeated, one ranked P4P#4, quit in back-to-back fights through nothing but the application of skill and technical wizardry. None of these fighters had displayed an ounce of quit in them before or since and don't forget Sosa knew Walters had quit before him in Loma's previous fight, Marriaga knew Walters and Sosa had quit before him, and Rigo knew Walters, Sosa and Marriaga had quit before him. Four no mas wins in a row, something which has never happened before or since. I can't even think of another fighter off the top of my head who made two world class fighters quit in back-to-back fights. Anyone who has seen Marriaga fight knows he's a proven warrior
