    IMO, it's Ali vs Tyson.

Controversial take, if Ali struggled with Frazier then Tyson is a lot of trouble for himveven if they dont fight exactly the same. Always felt he would struggle with Tyson.
On the flipside I feel he schools Joe Louis.

Thr fight of all of these I oick is Hagler vs SRR.
Would be a great war to see.

The Sugars, Robinson and Leonard may be the best matchup to make in boxing history. At 147 they would be both at their best weight and in their fighting prime. I know it is easy to go on auto-pilot and just say Robinson would beat him but I don't think it's that simple. I can guarantee this. Neither man fought a guy with the vast array of skills they would be going up against in this fight

    Why not GGG vs Hagler?

Archie Moore/Bob Foster at 175 of course. I can't see anything less than a spectacular fight.

Me too. That fight is such an intriguing mystery. Psychology would be an enormous, possibly decisive, factor.

How would you like Hagler vs LaMotta?

There are some fun, creative options in the poll like Marciano vs Jones. Nice post!

I agree, but then Tyson seemed to fall apart when a guy wasn't afraid of him. And that fast and accurate jab is going to land on the way in. Plus Tyson doesn't have the gas tank of Frazier.

That's the only drawback of the fight really, if Tyson doesn't do damage early Ali will take it too easily.

It's probably the best boxing has to offer, but I feel that I can imagine it so clearly I don't get that frustrated "if only I had a time machine" feeling thinking about it.

So much heart and skill from both sides but not as much power. Robinson doesn't want to have a chess match on the outside. It would be a war of attrition, and we saw both guys do that. If they rematched, they'd probably go right back at it like it was round 16.

I actually like SRR vs Hagler a bit more. I think if they fought six times you'd get some very different fights and both guys would take at least one.

Leonard would've stopped Robinson IMO. Leonard was faster, better defense, and Leonard was a much better finisher and went against way better competition.

I've always said that fight right there is a 50/50. GGG is stronger, better jab, has more power, and he is able to cut off the ring, whereas Hagler is more crafty, can fight at all ranges, and his motor is second to none. Both have great chins and a killer instinct. This fight would've been a trilogy with one fight being a draw and the other winning the war.
