Bruce Lee can talk about being water, but Marciano goes by other fighting philosophy, be Rock and make sure to hit em hard with Rock.

Rocky - just too damn strong and hard. Yeah, Chuck is a well-versed martial artist, but I don't think anything quite rivals the experience of boxing, especially against guys 180-200lbs and much stronger than the average man. Maybe Chuck could employ judo or some other grappling attack, but Marciano was crazy strong; he'd pay for it.

    Just my .02 ...

a roundhouse kick isn't too hard to figure out especially if it's being loaded on the back leg you shoot in close to reduce the length it has to travel, basically you aim to get hit with the opponent's thigh, at that range Marciano kills Norris, not sure of the rules but Marciano was in the army so he 100% has better grappling skills than Norris, none of the hollywood cuties picked up on grappling until post ww2/Gene Lebell

Only way Rocky has a chance is if he hires Steven Seagal as his trainer. And even then my money is on Chuck!
Look what he did to David Carridine.

Weren't those Bruce Li's films? We had a similar program on Saturday Nights in my hometown too, it was called Kung Fu Theater.

I can't believe people are actually debating Lee vs Norris. Lee was a 145 pound kung fu magician who did party tricks and Norris was a 170 pound world champion in karate as well as a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu. The only thing making it slightly less ludicrous is that Bruce Lee might have had three amateur boxing matches vs other novices in Hong Kong.

In Way of the Dragon, they made Norris gain 20 pounds to look even more huge next to Bruce, which is why he didn't do jump kicks in that movie.

Bruce Lee practiced Gung Fu, Wing Chun, and Jeet Kune Do. Norris and Lee had mutual respect towards one another. Lee was taught by Yip Man in China. Lee once said, Karate was too rigid, his art was more fluid. Lee is criticized by the younger generation because he died before many were born, Lee passed away on July 20 1973 at age 32.

So true. Rocky was too “low tech” to pull off those late night informercials. What could he sell? Hair pieces maybe, “call within the next half hour and get a second rug free…!!
