Really hope GGG can get the win but have my doubts, given the age and the added weight. I had GGG winning a clear decision in the first and Canelo nicking the second. Will be a good fight I’m sure but I won’t be buying the PPV and don’t think too many others will this side of the pond

Canelo GGG will bomb in the UK. Canelo is massively overrated as an attraction in Britain. As the Bivol fight proved, you’ve got to win every round to get a narrow decision so the inevitable Canelo pts win is very much on the cards as it’s unlikely that GGG will dominate or knock him out. This isn’t Mayweather v McGregor where the best boxer of his generation fought a brilliant snake oil salesman, who got all the casuals hot and bothered, on Sky. This is a third fight between damaged goods and a 40 year old out of his weight division, for the third time, on an (PPV ) app in the middle of the night.
