Plus theCSAC Insp lied about the " White Plaster like substance" supposedly smeared on the wrap.. The lab did not find any when tested. Plus that Insp had already watched Capetillo wrap Tonys hands, passed them & signed off on them before Richardson started his BS. The CSAC to save face suspended Tony themselves in a kangaroo court saying " WE!! suspended Mr Margarito's boxing licence it is suspended in Ca because we "BELIEVE" he tried to load his gloves..
