Marriaga actually trying now, and having more success, pinning him on the ropes a time or two. Then he overreaches, gets clipped with a counter, Mick scores a knockdown due to Marriaga forward momentum. Marriaga unfazed, now pressing forward again, having a little success on the ropes. Even though it was 10-8, that was Marriaga's best round.

Marriaga now just walking into shots, taking one to land one, but he does get in a nasty right hook. Marriaga pins him on the ropes, lands some hooks to the body. In close range, they exchange shots, Mariaga goes down again, it looks like a clear slip, gets counted anyway. Marriaga flurries to the body.
