    Yes.

He's possibly the most talented fighter of all time, but has been poorly promoted and badly managed by Top Rank.

No chance at all for ATG professional. Obviously ATG amateur with an argument for GOAT, but as a professional neither his resume nor his actual results in the ring stand up to ATG scrutiny.

Great fighter but not an ATG. Has the potential to be, or had the potential if he had more time.

If he defeats Stevenson at 130lbs and cleans out that division in his mid-30s, Loma will cement his status as an ATG.

Loma is certainly not a cross-division ATG, like a Floyd or Pac, but I believe he is an ATG talent at 130lbs, a weight he would have dominated for years had he elected to remain there.

    No, unfortunately not.

The Salido loss can be overlooked in many ways because it was close, he didn't make weight, and it was early in his career.

But ultimately he didn't get the fights at FW to secure greatness, he looked amazing at SFW but never managed to unfiy.

At LW he did unify but obviously lost to Lopez, I'd say if he beats Lopez and some of the marquee names that now exist at LW, the ATG mantle is there for his to hold.

For example, Lopez, Kambosos, Haney, Davis, Garcia. All. Winnable fights for him and all big recognisable names.

Big ask at his age now though.

Lomachenko should have taken the Pac fight. He would have been molested and brutally stopped, but if he somehow pulled it off, Pac's name on his ledger would make him a lock for an ATG.

Close but he hasn't done enough as a pro to be a legit atg. He's probably a hof level fighter though.

Orlando Salido should have been disqualified for low blows.

Not really. Skill wise he could've been but he dropped the ball a few times to be considered one.
