I watched it, the ref was terrible. The Scottish kid was full on headbutting Holyfield/V.Ortiz style, the ref warned him about 15 times and still don’t take a point. Why do we have a ref in there who doesn’t know the rules? She looked scared to get involved, she was watching things happen and looking uncomfortable, then she’d warn them for that thing 10 seconds later when the guys weren’t throwing. Take control of the fight ffs, and know the rules. Frustrating to watch. The Aussie kid was very focused and never looked like complaining, and yes he clearly won the last round. The other guy seemed like a sharper boxer overall and could have done better if he boxed and didn’t brawl.

Surely Hodges needs to be up first as no commission should sanction Gallen v Hannant as a stand alone bout. Hodges sucks but has had a few fights and has a winning record but Hannant is 0-1 and he sucks even more than Hodges. But Hey hey this is Queensland!
