Pac was really a lightweight fighting at welterweight. Which current lightweight do you see surviving flush bombs from Mosley, Clottey, Cotto, Roidquez, Matthysse, or Thurman?

Anyone can be knocked out with the perfect shot, which Roidquez had 42 rounds to find.

Joyce looks promising in this regard as did Miller.

Some great suggestions, I would like to point out that some are conflating cardio/stamina with athleticism which is not what the OP asked really.
SRR is the yard stick for sure, Hagler, Armstrong (although I swear he was coked to the eyeballs in some fights) and Duran. Smokin' Joe would have to be up there too.
I'll throw Naseem Hamed in there too more for his godlike power than anything else but he had a solid chin and great stamina/pacing too.

What about the 2 Kos earlier in his career?Against fighters his size or smaller?

And you didn't reply to his dodgy calf cramps

Almost impossible to answer, technical ability and composure affect your fitness in a fight so much to the extent that it's almost impossible to answer

EARLY in his career... When he was killing and draining himself to male weight. Name me some lightweights that could go to 147 and eat flush bombs from Cotto, Mosley, Thurman, Roidquez, Clottey, etc.?

And what is dodgy about his calf cramps? His calves are MASSIVE and his fighting style is predicated on extreme in-and-out, side-to-side movement. He runs up massive hills during training camp as running keeps his legs strong, but also had the side effect of putting an incredible amount of stress on them.

I totally agree with you on engine pal, would definitely be fourth. However I'd POSIT that good cardio comes with Brain, ie these pumped up weightlifters who gas after three rounds, they can train differently, they might lose POWER but they'll gain something far more important at the top level. Good cardio requires smart choices.

Power yeah exactly what you've put, I can't add any more than that. Nice one.

Mike Tyson. Insane power and speed combined, good chin, good some serious punishment, did tonnes of cardio in training.
