Please lol. Fury and Chisora been knowing about this for months now probably. Its all part of Fury's games.
Yes. The childlike Tyson Fury is just looking for attention and media coverage, in the lead up to Joshua-Usyk II.
So much for the 'fairy tale' that Fury was just trying to help a friend get a payday. Fury can't fight in the US. So he's trying to find an opponent who will help draw a crowd in the UK but will also let Fury take nearly all the money. Chisora was always going to want more.
Could be a negotiating tactic: Chisora wants too much, who is willing to fight for free? Maybe Wallin would take a minimal purse for the chance of revenge and the championship.
I mean it’s pretty obvious he’s gonna wait to fight the winner, right? Fury vs Joshua for the undisputed would be an $80mm payday most likely. Usyk less than that but still a ton.
A Wallin rematch would be a solid keep-busy fight for Fury. Tough southpaw (like Usyk), and Fury gets the chance to show definitively he is levels above Wallin who had caught him on an off night in their first fight.
I would like to think this means he fights one of AJ or Usyk but unfortunately I think it means a Wallin rematch.
Surely someone who has previous given his purse from a fight to charity wouldn’t be complaining about an opponent wanting too much money?
