    My brother played for Brighton, Swansea, and a few lower league clubs towards the end of his career, i couldn't care less if people do not believe it, so don't let it bother you fella.

    I think originally but he did the majority of his training in Bristol with his father in law

    Haskins & Catley becoming world champs in the recent era is still more than some other big uk cities.

    Can't think of Leicester, Bradford, Newcastle, Coventry, Southampton having any world champs for example (might be wrong)

    And Birmingham shockingly despite being the 2nd biggest city, only got their first and only ever world champ recently.

    I live in Cullompton Mid Devon and there are more space rocket lunches here in the South West than professional fights :nonono
    As mentioned by @pow Chris Sanigar is the main man down here he has his gym in Bristol and put on some small promotions but once you get South of the M4 the whole South West peninsular is dead
