If there's already a thread on this then apologies for being repetitive but I'm putting my head on the block and predicting a decisive KO by Joshua. He was very poor in his last match and still touched Usyk up so if he uses his physical attributes I expect him to win. I know me even saying that will wind some Usyk fans up but that's my opinion. Looking forward to the fight.
Usyk is too experienced and talented to be knocked out by Joshua. I'm saying Joshua is not cut for knocking out Usyk. Maybe a better version of Chisora could do it, but not AJ.
2 times in the first bout AJ should have "jumped on" Usyk - or closed the distance and whipped in some free bodyshots because Usyk got caught pretty good and was not looking to engage instead AJ reset, it's an EASY tactical issue to fix. Problem is Usyk will adapt also.
I dreamt Usyk stops AJ in the 9th, surviving a knock down to do so. I’ve had dreams about sports results before and not a single one has meant squat. I’m expecting this will be the same.
Anyone that says aj cant possibly ko usyk give your head a wobble, he's very hittable and Joshua is definitely capable of stopping the smaller man. Whether he can is another thing though. Ring IQ, chin and stamina isn't great, but to say he could never stop usyk with his size and power is nonsensical.
Usyk dominated the second half of his fight v Chisora after the ref warned Chis about holding Usyk`s right arm and Usyk hurt the gassing Chis also, AJ is too easy to counter on the front foot and has stated that he isn`t going to change his style much and that is a long range fighter and Usyk needs to get inside his reach to land.
I get it Fury will ONLY return if AJ wins - the fat drug cheat dosser retired just in time since he and many expect Usyk to win
