    What precedent, that’s what I’m asking. Have there been regular rounds that go for too long that are a two point swing that changes the result? If that extra minute didn’t happen, then Popeye wins the fight. That’s not speculative, not talking about a counterfactual… that’s what we witnessed. Subtract the minute and Popeye clearly wins the round, and the fight.
