A smaller fighter who boxes out of the southpaw stance with excellent movement is a very difficult matchup for Fury. Look how much trouble he had with Cunningham (a smaller guy moving up from cruiserweight) and Wallin (a southpaw), and then consider how much better Usyk is than those two guys.

When did Fury win his second ring championship? Was it the second Wilder fight?

It's a 50/50 fight. May the best man win. I'm pulling for Usyk. I do not like Tyson Fury.

Depends on their approaches. I would give a slight edge for Usyk to win on points. I can't see Fury knocking Usyk out either, as Usyk isn't just going to sit in front on Fury.

Not quite a straightforward answer, but, had I been asking in earnest, I could have expected some degree of evasion.

If Fury wins the fight then he is the #1 HW in the world. If you already think he is then that's your opinion, but a win over Usyk would cement his claim and put it beyond dispute. May I remind you though, he has not beaten Usyk.

Leaning towards Uysk. A lot depends on the referee to be honest. If Fury is allowed to use his mass and lean all of Uysk, he could wear him out. In the center of the ring Uysk is to quick and active for Fury. I don't think Fury could have fought at the pace set tonight.

Depends on what condition and mind frame Fury is in. Joshua had the most success when he imposed himself and went to the body. That’s Fury’s bread n butter.

The gypsy boy reigns, and Usyk is his great doubter, has risen to become the career-defining rival Tyson deserves. Anyone who understands this sport in any kind of historical context appreciates that, straps be damned.

I have supported a Fury-Usyk bout ever since Usyk defeated Joshua the first time (which I expected), because it's the best fight in the division in pure sporting terms and because Usyk and Fury share many great qualities, whether some quarters can admit it or not, which makes them fitting rivals for the title of this era's greatest heavyweight.

    Usyk will get his chance.

Fury - and he's an idiot if he doesn't do it. I don't disagree with the judge that picked Joshua.

Before this fight I would have said the Usyk vs Fury fight was 50/50.

After tonight, I think the Kronk Fury bombs get to Usyk. I think this because his stay-busy arm punches in between hard shots would not get the same reaction from Fury as they do Joshua. I also don't think those same shots can reach over the leaning back barrel chested hairy caveman beer fed flubber gut of Ty Guy.

I’ve been saying this for a couple of years now. Fury will retire undefeated. He’s that special.

I am actually a bit disappointed, because I think Fury will price himself out. I don't want to see Usyk take a lot of uneccesary punishment, but I was hoping he would stick around another 2 years or so and pick off his mandos and fight whoever picks up the WBC belt. His career would look like...

Dubois, Helenius or Hunter rematch (WBA mando)
    Hrgovic (IBF mando)
    Joyce or Parker (WBO mando)
Wilder, Helenius, Ruiz or Ortiz (WBC)

That would be a good heavyweight career, no Tyson Fury needed.
