Eddie playing the 'poor AJ' card. Going on about the pressure he's under, as if it's not Eddie who has created the hype from day one. As if they've had no choice but to fight in big stadiums and take immediate rematches.

Also, I don't care what pressure you're under, there's no excuse for being a complete idiot, nor throwing strops in a boxing ring.

The first thing you learn in combat sports is respect. AJ doesn't have it when it matters.

 

Eddie's gonna struggle brushing that under the carpet like the superior race and "boycott their businesses" incidents.

 

It was embarrassing and disrespectful to Usyk. Should never have been allowed back in the ring and I wonder if McKraken was there would he have allowed him to go back. It was clear none of his backroom team could control him.

 

It's reached a point whereby if Joshua and Wilder meet in the ring, I'd actually root for Wilder.

 

I can't wait to hear how Edward tries to explain it away.

 

To be fair he has just lost everything I would be throwing a paddy as well.

When Fury was robbed in the Wilder fight, he reacted like a man.

Joshua should have been apologising for the judge scoring it to him, not going off on one. Throwing the belts around, he's talked about legacy, and unification, and treats them like that?

Fury/Wilder/Whyte in fact, many of the PPV crew Chisora, etc, get so much **** for being like they are, but they haven't built themselves up on being false, a clean cut persona to be wedged on Lucozade bottles, and managed by people who made him a walking billboard, part of me feels sorry for Joshua, the pressure he has had not to just be himself has made him millions, but it comes at a price, and that price when it comes crashing down is a heavy one to pay.

I admit to enjoying and reveling in the meltdown, but I've seen people fall apart, and it can be a nasty ending.

 

Feel the same mate. The lad must have had 100 clean punches to the face during the fight, he was punch drunk.

I noticed his little creep of a manager stood cringing behind him in the ring when Joshua was effing and jeffing on the mic. You could see the dollar signs falling from his eyes, the thoughts of having to plead with Lucozade and Lynx to keep their sponsorship on Monday morning.

Midnight creepers like him, and the rest of Joshua's entourage, including Hearn, are the problem. Yes, they've made Joshua a millionaire, but they've exploited him to become rich(er) themselves. Joshua's a shell of a man because of them.
