I’d say AJ is a better fighter with much better resume. Wilder is one trick pony who’s best win is his loss to Fury.

    Wilder obviously

    Notable win Ortiz 2

AJ notable wins Wlad, Povetkin, Parker, Whyte, Ruiz and Pulev.

Wilder has ducked AJ turning down what? 3 or 4 over double career high purses at the time to fight AJ.

Wilder did not beat any top 15 guy in his prime. AJ has done it at least twice. give him some credit.

WTF is wrong with you guys, that I have to defend AJ and his resume. :zpong:

AJ is a hype job because of Eddie Hearn. AJ never had to go anywhere, all the belts were hand delivered to him starting with Prince Charles Martin.

Best thing to happen to heavyweight boxing is Eddie Hearn losing control of the championships. No more undeserving rematch clauses designed to keep AJ as champion. No more forcing opponents to fight on his own turf, no more garbage fights against weak opponents instead of chasing the true challengers. If it wasn't for the mandatory in Usyk, Hearn would have AJ fighting bums for as long as he could. The one time he let AJ fight in America was supposed to be an easy tune up in Ruiz, which only showed how protected and fragile AJ truly was.

The only one to blame for Wilder - AJ falling apart is Eddie Hearn and his snake tricks to stack everything in favor of AJ. When that fell apart twice in Ruiz and Usyk he chose to run to Saudi blood money instead of hosting the fight more accessible to fans. You can see from the press conferences to weigh in the Saudis had them under leash control, completely benign for what you often see in a Vegas weigh in / press conference between two popular fighters and their fans.

Will be a great day when Eddie loses control of all championships from all divisions.

Fury's whole resume is built on beating Wilder and hugging Klitschko to death.

Wilder who has the worst resume of any top 10 HW

Wilder who got his ears boxed off by ****ing Szpilka

Wilder has lost to one fighter in Fury and refused to give in either being saved by his corner or going out on his shield. Joshua has the better resume but has been out slugged and quit to Ruiz and also out boxed twice now by Usyk. Has Wilder ducked Joshua ? Yes he has ! Has Joshua ducked Wilder ? Yes he has ! Despite there losses of late Wilder v Joshua is a massive fight and needs to be settled ,better late than never .

To Wilders credit unlike AJ he has never put on this fake act about being a humble professional and a role model.

You can tell every time Anthony Joshua loses a fight. This board gets flooded with anti-Deontay Wilder posts, like he had anything to do with Joshua losing yet again.

"Whataboutism" coming out in full force since Joshua fell to 24-3 and threw a big postfight tantrum.
