I agree with Joshua that he would be a 12 round fighter at 14 stone. Perhaps his next fight he'll lay off his grandma's special sauce and come out like Rocky Marciano to reclaim his rightful place at the top of the heavyweight tree.

He can then grab the two remaining belts from Usyk and cast them out of the ring too. Then he can hunt down Fury and cast his belt free, so that there are no more belts anywhere and trousers will be falling down left, right and centre.

Just like Joshua, most of us don't know what is going on in Ukraine, but what we do know is that it's not nice. What is nice is the smell of Lynx Africa and the taste of Lucozade after a 12 round hard fight.

Just ask Elton John and Big Meech, the streets of Watford are tough and we need to understand Joshua's story. Part of that story is that his cousin is head of security.

The funny thing is that without decade plus anabolic use and relentless weights he would never be close to his current weight. He’s naturally not a heavy set guy. Actually, for his height and build, his weight isn’t even that high at all. His skeletal construct must be fairly light.

Man has a glass jaw and a glass ticker, no amount of weightlifting can ever remedy those two failings.

the BIG problem as I see it - and as Saturday night seemed to suggest - is big josh has evidently been fed the same narrative by Hearns junior that the public have. If so Joshua actually thought he was an ATG in the making, rather than the glass jawed stiff robot with no gastank we actually see in the ring.

Remarkable. No idea where they try and take big josh next, it’s hard to have confidence in him against anyone in the top twenty at this stage. Shot old kubrat pulev again? Shot old fifteen losses delboy chisora? HUGH fury? Papa ZHANG in china?

Joshua has it in him to lose all those fights on any given night. They’ve painted him into a corner with their absurd marketing, where next??

I’m thinking outside the box, maybe go after some shot old cruiserweight? They can’t put josh in with anyone who can bang ever again since shot old VLADD and obese little andy cracked that glass chin. He gets out worked by anyone with movement, back to shot to pieces old midgets, surely not pulev again?

chisora seems likely the more I think about this, Hearns junior can say “it was good enough for Tyson fury so why not for big josh” and all the matchroom fc seals will clap and bark along.

yeah I make shot to pieces old fifteen losses del with a war cap on as the front runner.

Fury is 19 stone and could fight for 20 rounds if he needed to. It isn't the weight, its the amount of muscle. AJ may want to look at his body composition and see if it is the right build for him to be at his best as a fighter.

If you don't fancy using Fury as the example of a big man being fit to fight 12 rounds or more, look at Joe Joyce. That man could fight all night and he never stops throwing punches.
