September ain't far away and still nothing confirmed for the Aussie Matchroom?? Anyone heard anything?
I don't think Dead Zone have much interest in Australia, WAR. Wouldn't be surprised if Fast Eddie doesn't make the trip out here for it. It's now scheduled for mid-October rather than September on one of those Ace boxing shows. I guess someone told them September is when football finals are on. They're not even plugging AJ v Usyk on the Aussie Dead Zone site. Not sure how they're supposed to attract new subscribers if they can't even manage that.
Update - the fight's on Main Event & Dead Zone. Coverage on Main Event from 3am Sunday. Main event around 7:30am.
What does the stiflers mum's punters club think of this weekends fights? I'm only going off the TAB as I did away with online gambling a while back. Usyk @ 2.80 for the points win seems the smart bet and not a bad return I do expect Hrgovic to prevail but Zhang at $6.50 for the win is hard not to put a little on. I'd expect other outlets would have him over $10 for the KO. Filip is a real talent but really hasn't fought anyone. Zhang is a big lug of a man, obviously his issues with stamina and defense have shown themselves but he is dangerous for a few rounds at least with those deceptively quick hands.
I thought that Zhang got jobbed on the cards. There is no way he lost 7 rounds and he scored a knock down
justis huni was interviewed on foxsports news post usyk-joshua fight and he was woeful. he's probably smarter than me but the big log can't put two words together, lol. was like watching a 2yo baby trying to make a sentence.. he needs media training bigtime, before he pushes the casual fans away from cheering for him.
