Because he was green when Joshua fought him. Fighters can get better.

Either way Fury beat him much more convincingly and Whyte is hardly some amazing name anyway.

Your right, if Joshua had the skills to box the head off them, he would have beat them better. Unfortunately he doesn't and struggled with both.

Yeah they can, but Whyte hasn't, he get worst, simply cause his chin was taken away from him.
Whyte is a good name to have on your record, he is also a top 10 HW for quite some time.

Also Whyte has MMA and Kickbox experience and matches before going to boxing. He was 20-1 at Kickboxing to be fair.
On top of that Whyte turn PRO 2 years before AJ, and on top of that AJ was his 17 match, and Whyte was AJ 15th.

So nice try, but that just not true.

If Povetkin didn't send him to oblivion it may have been a bit different, but no chance is Whyte a better win for Fury, than AJ. It's exactly the opposite.
Also i would say that AJ beat him more impressively, cause Whyte was undefeated + he had decent durability and chin at that time, and AJ was the man to take that away from him with the severe beating he gave him!

Fury didn't fight the better version of Whyte that's one of the worst assessments I've seen today.
Whyte's been dirt napped several times since his fight with Joshua.

I don’t think so. Fury from the second Wilder fight would destroy AJ. The third Wilder fight version of Fury looked sloppy but I still like him over AJ. Both are big and anything is possible. I hope they fight someday within the next year. It’s still a good fight. Can’t believe these guys haven’t fought yet.

Fury would have Joshua mentally broke down before they even stepped in the ring. Once in the ring Fury could either clown him with his boxing iq and skills then stop a demoralised Joshua in the late rounds or come in Kronk style and put him out his misery in the first six rounds. it’s been mentioned on here the last day or two but what about a mini tournament to sort the best Heavyweights of this era out, Usyk v Fury and Wilder v Joshua ? Usyk and Fury will both retire after Undisputed leaving the division wide open for Wilder and Joshua and other top contenders to pick up the belts. My prediction still the same as its always been Fury wins Undisputed fight and Wilder brutally KOs Joshua inside 3 rounds .

Saying "styles make fights" then not discussing those styles just makes you sound like a poser....

AJ is a toothless tiger at this point. Not only would he not beat Fury but Wilder would set him down for a nap. AJ is broken, Whyte or Chisora would have a shot now.

Fury would KO him and Joshua would have another meltdown and get into a fight with Furys fans after the fight and get beat up again.

I don't care what you think. My point was he is and always was a bum, and Fury would have always made him look as silly as he did. Just another hyped up name on Joshua's match room resume.

I know its hard for some to admit still but the truth is the big fat bald white guy has eclipsed the big bad bodybuilder in every way now .. despite the golden path he had paved for him.. writing threads like this on a boxing forum trying to convince yourself and others doesn't really change the fact that Fury is superior to Anthony Joshua. Its not debatable. Joshua is 2-3 in his last 5 fughts & just made McCall & Golota look sane in the process... hes a very good HW but he isn't next level. Fury is .. cope.

I'm stating your flawed logic arsebandit....also he's hardly a bum if he was a unified champ with the deepest resume.
So by your imbecile logic what does that make Fury then?
Joshua just got beat by the most skilled in the division by far.
