It's not lineal because it's the ring, it's lineal because it's the best two active HW fighters fighting each other.

Fury is the WBC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. He's in training camp right now. He tried to make a Chisora WBC title defense TWO weeks ago. His team is negotiating with Usyk's team right now. He's fought as many times as Usyk has in the last 12 months.

He's as active as every heavyweight who isn't fighting TONIGHT.

The Ring editorial board with this move are morons. And you seem to agree with them.

The only people who thought Fury was actually retired was Ring ... and you, apparently.

Usyk ain’t no coward he will take the undisputed fight as soon as possible. He’s not gonna try and delay it or duck out of it like Fury, Joshua and Wilder kept doing.

Fury to be crowned the goat with England winning the WC a couple of days later? Immense.

If they want a Stadium fight I think it will have to be then. They won’t generate as much as an AJ fight and I doubt the Saudi’s will pay the type of money they did without AJ on the card.

AJ is old news. Usyk beat him twice.

That does not make him old news. The Saudi’s love him. They don’t relate to Fury do they won’t pay top dollar for him.

It does at the top of the division.

Usyk vs Fury is the fight everyone wants. The two undefeated champions.

    AJ had his shot.

Sounds like the fight will be made within a fortnight, looking forward to listening to all the Fury haters saying he would 'duck Usyk' or some other nonsense.

It's clear the fight has been agreed for a while.

Fight will happen this year imo. It's likely that the terms were agreed a while ago. Arum has a good relationship with Usyks team.

Based on what do you believe they don’t relate to Fury and they won’t pay top dollar for him ? This is the Undisputed Heavyweight fight with two undefeated Champions, there has not been a bigger fight than this at Heavyweight for many a year .

Yes that’s the fight boxing fans want. No problem with that. I am just saying it’s not as lucrative for undisputed as it would be if AJ was involved. Easy enoug to understand. The Saudi’s won’t pay an uneconomic fee for the fight. Likely the fight will be next year in England as a stadium fight as I am not sure how well it will sell in a Las Vegas. To prove my point under his DAZN contract AJ is guaranteed £100 Million per annum because it’s proven that both AJ and Canelo generate the most money as they have cross over appeal beyond boxing fans.
