The Top 6 Heavys at the moment are 1...Usyk 2...Joshua 3....Wilder 4....Whyte 5....Parker 6....Chisora That in itself tells you about the Heavyweight division at the moment....Prime Ali Toys with them.!!!
Joshua doesn't have it between the ears, as everybody knows. And he looks like he would have trouble chewing gum and walking at the same time. He just can't put the right foot forward. Anyway, Ali over Usyk.
Usyk beats AJ a guy most of the forum doesn't even rate and was previously stopped by ruiz JR and now all of a sudden usyk beats an top 3 atg in Ali and the GOAT at HW???? Is this a joke????
It's true that Ali is both the greatest of his era and someone who would lose to Usyk. Usyk has seen a million people trying to imitate Ali. Ali has never seen anything close to Usyk. The sport evolves. There's a reason we've never seen a fighter like Usyk, and he's running through people.
Not a foregone conclusion that Usyk wins. Usyk looked good against AJ. But AJ has nowhere the speed, stamina, IQ, movement or accuracy of a prime Ali. AJ doesn't fient, Ali does. Fients will cause Usyk to throw because OA likes throwing his right over the left jab. Ali could counter that. What does that do? It disrupts Usyk's offensive flow. Flow and rhythm is key to Usyk's success. Ali threw the lead straight right, a very useful punch against a lefty. AJ did not do that. The straight right keeps OA 's guard up, again, disrupting the offensive output. Speed of hand and foot. I don't need to explain why this is important. Ali's accuracy and speed could give OA problems. AJ was able to land, Ali most definitely would land. It would be interesting to see how Usyk would approach this fight. What adjustments he would make, if any. I really like both these guys. Tough call.
I don't care how highly the forum rates AJ and I don't care how absurdly overhyped Ali or any boxer from 50-60 years ago is.
Calling Ali overhyped yet thinking a guy who beat aj a guy who went life and death with a shot wlad beats the Goat at hw in Ali. You're overhyping usyk and underrating ali.
