AJ disrespecting Dempsey and Marciano

Let’s be honest they would have both been way too small even if they’re more skilled there’s weight divisions for a reason. Also considering that he’s a former heavyweight champion himself doesn’t he have more of a right to talk about them then any of us do? I don’t get your point he just mentioned them as examples

 

The weirdest thing about that was that I don't recall anyone talking about him in relation to Marciano. I get the impression he's seen a comment like that on Twitter and taken it to heart.

It was embarrassing. You're right, he seems to have this illusion that HE is the man and it's all about him.

I read an article the other day which raised an interesting point... AJ probably had a victory speech that he (or his team) had worked on in some detail. He was going to do an epic monologue about overcoming adversity, etc.

But he ended up losing the fight of course, so at that point he thought "bugger it, let's do it anyway" and proceeded to embarrass himself.

 

Definitely his rant had prep to it minus the hip hips added on for Usyk. As if hip hip meant anything to that crowd btw. Tears vanished when checked his balance at nearest cashline.

Given the lofty heights the opinions such an intelligent and articulate man holds for me, I'd be more offended if he praised my favourite boxer from history than insulted him. He makes Kanye West look like The Lucasian Chair of Mathematics

I doubt he could te Rocky Marciano and Jack Dempsey apart, I don't see why anyone should care what he thinks of them.
