AJ disrespecting Dempsey and Marciano

Brother the reason he brought them up was to say he is much bigger and as a result he does not have their stamina or endurance to fight 15 rounds. They would be Cruiserweights today. He was actually complimentary of them.

I can't imagine someone comparing AJ's combination punching ability to Marciano or anyone else. lol.

Thread on here only a month or two ago claiming he was the best current combo puncher.

 

Throwing combinations and having volume of the likes of Marciano or Dempsey are two different things. Why did he even throw Sonny into the mix I'll never know.

AJ somehow managed to lump together in one sentence (OK, he doesn’t actually speak in coherent sentences, but words put in proximity to each other as he talks):

1) He’s a new breed of heavyweight. The evolution of the species.

2) In doing so invokes the names Rocky Marciano, Jack Dempsey, Sonny Liston and Mike Tyson

3) Oh, and he’s not a 12-round fighter

4) And he cannot put together combinations

This guy’s delusion is on a level never seen before, so I guess in that regard he is a new breed. Even the brashest heavyweights in the past didn’t compare themselves to ATGs immediately after getting their butts kicked for the second time in a row.

 

Manny Pac is a legend as well. Does he beat Joshua?

Usyk's as much a cruiserweight as Ali was. And he's a cruiserweight that would beat every active heavyweight fighting today, including Fury.

 

Much respect for Usyk though when Joshua went postal, I thought he handled it very well.

When AJ dropped the belts out of the ring and walked back past him Usyk just stood stock still with a smile of disgust but his eyes never left Joshua. He then walked back to his team and gave them a good talking too presumably to tell them to stay in control and not to react.

Usyk got his little dig in on the presser after the fight:

"I feel nothing but respect to AJ. I saw him a bit emotional and like bullying some of my team-mates.
"That would be a bare-knuckle fight that I don't recommend him to do because most of them are horrible street fighters."

 

Lol how can you be such a cringy little fanboy. I always said that he sucked, he would still murder marciano in 20 seconds it literally would not make a difference is it was me or him against joshua.

 

Basically AJ was saying he a useless bodybuilder & should not be compared to smaller legendary guys who are not hindered by useless bulk like he is.
he isn't built to go 12 never mind the 15 round fights.
he has only been boxing 14 years so give him a break
& besides. he is not a real proper boxer just a kid who got busted for weed & was scared of going to prison because he couldn't fight.
