With all the noise at HW it's kinda slipped under the radar.

At one time this would have been one of the biggest fights in boxing, now it's almost entirely with out hype lol

It's hard to get invested in this fight for me. The first two fights were incorrectly scored ruining GGG's streak and legacy. I can't see this fight being judged any more fairly.

 

Seeing Russell Mora makes me shake my head anyone remember Agbeko vs Mares ?

 

Good points made & No Lara did not beat Canelo, i don't know why that Fight gets brought up here so often.

 

True & even though the first fight was deemed a robbery against Golovkin,

The second fight Canelo was more impressive & gave as much as he received & then some, he readjusted well & surprised GGG with his approach & with real hard shots which i felt took allot out of Gennady going forward since.

 

It wasn't that close. Canelo won almost every round relatively easily.

 

Cotto did nothing, easy to score.

 

You contiunue to make false statements. GGG did not win either fight. What you should be saying if you scored those for GGG is "I thought he should have won", or "he did enough to win on my scorecard". Something like that. You stating matter of factly that he won is a bold face lie. Your own personal opinion does not superceed the result. Yes the rematch should be great, I know we are both excited. You thinking that GGG doesn't have a chance to win on the cards and that is only chance to win is by KO is also delusional. Canelo has never been down in his entire career. It is very unlikely that either man will get a stoppage. GGG with a new trainer and a new approach has a decent shot to win by decision but he needs to be at his best and play his cards right. He needs to be very focused and dialed in for 12 rounds. Bivol showed it can be done, but I don't think Canelo will load up with big shots early and gas like he did vs Bivol. I could see a tactical early going with both men opening up in the mid-rounds. It should be very interesting to see how it plays out.
