I saw a more spritely fighter, better movement and a will to go toe to toe. By no means am I blowing this up that AJ beat a prime Wlad but not the Wlad you are trying to Portray.

It's easy to look good against bums. Why is this so hard for some people to comprehend?

Kambosos is the correct answer. One single fluke win (a split decision in which he got knocked down, no less), and there were people who were actually saying that he would beat Haney, that he's p4p top 10 material, etc

Betting on Haney to beat Kambosos by decision was literally free money. All the people who were picking Kambosos to win that fight, I still have no idea what they saw in him. He's an extremely basic continental-level fighter who got lucky by catching Teo on a bad night.

Not the most overrated, but definitely the most guided thanks to Eddie Hearn who crafted and ensured he kept the heavyweight championship as long as he could.

All kinds of fighters are overrated on this forum

AJ is not one of them. A big powerful unified champ - not an ATG - but HOF for sure

His haters on here are epic.

    Haters gonna hate.

He's been overrated by some UK fans, but he's far from the most overrated of all time.

He's a good, solid heavyweight, easily in the top 10 of all 21st century heavyweights.

Why that hate? Shouldn't overrated mean that he was rated sooo high and he is not there? If that's the meaning of overrated here - no he was not, because he was not rated as unbeatable. Now they're only 2 heavyweights who are rated soooo high(one of them, who will lose it, could soon became "overrated" and it would be more fair because they are rated sooo high), and they both didn't have the opposition of AJ, he's in "the right place on the rating", in the top 5 of our time.
For me, he was overrated in the begining. before becaming a champion when there were talks he's next Mike Tyson, and so on, too early for these comparisons.Later he was rated just where he was - a champion who can lose from Fury, from Wilder(i don't think so) and some prospects. After he had struggles with 40y.o. slower Povetkin and Andy Ruiz, people were expecting he can lose from Usyk.
He is super popular, but that's different then "overrated", if there is a term "over popular" ok, you decide who should be liked and who not, and how popular he should be :) Overall he was rated fair, now it's becaming underrated.+he definetly has some menthal problems, i have the feeling he's tired just from being on the ring, even on 5 min training for the camera you see him tired, sweating. Not normal. For me it's not that he hasn't got talent, but that he has menthal problems and glass chin.Still enough to be solid heavyweight of our time.

100%. I knew he was nothing special. Teo beats him in a rematch.

Based on resume alone Joshua is not the most overrated and I'm not even a Joshua so am not biased in my opinion.
I think Fury is in the running for that title based on the credit he gets for beating Wlad on a bad day and a one dimensional fighter in wilder who is also a contender for most overrated champion.I was never a fan of Wlads fighting style but he looked more light on his feet as others have posted and although he lost looked good against Joshua. It's a shame fury lost his mind prior to the Wlad rematch or we may have seen Wlad make the necessary adjustments and avenge his loss.
Joshua whilst not an all time great has the best resume of this current crop of heavyweights, that can't be disputed

Definitely the most overhyped. You'd think he was the ATG the way the Brits licked his balls.
