Sorry, UKAD never submitted their findings, admitting that they could not explain in a court of law why they would let 16 months pass without pursuing it. Fury signed off on having his cocaine suspension backdated to include the PEDs issue, but that was to get his lost career back. Basically, UKAD admitted that they were frauds. They also said more recently that they had the goods on him and if he fought in Britain again he would face new charges. He fought in Britain again and is facing nothing. Didn't prove it to me. I am a fair man, and if you want me to believe it, I would need to have the report made public with an explanation of why they waited 16 months. Until then, the whole issue is what we refer to in America as a lynching.
Isn't it obvious ? Because doping-agency are not some rich companies. They don't have big money, you know ? Fury team was putting a lawsuit case against them, just what Dillian Whyte did to get out "clean". So you are going to tell me you also believe his story of the wild board meat testicle ??? And that the farmer latter decide to lie for whatever reason that they bribed him ? He also refused a drug testing, which pretty much is equal to a failed drug testing. He refuse to be tested. And the final stance was this: UKAD, Tyson Fury and Hughie Fury have agreed to resolve the proceedings brought by UKAD (1) against Tyson Fury and Hughie Fury based on the reported presence of elevated levels of nandrolone metabolites in urine samples that they provided after their respective fights in February 2015; and (2) against Tyson Fury based on his alleged failure to provide a sample in September 2016. UKAD's position is that the anti-doping rule violations it has asserted have been committed and the consequences set out in the UK Anti-Doping Rules should apply. Tyson and Hughie Fury's position is that they have never knowingly or deliberately committed any anti-doping rule violation. In recognition of the respective counter-arguments and the risks inherent in the dispute resolution process, each side has accepted a compromise of its position. The proceedings have therefore been resolved on the following basis: the anti-doping rule violations based on the reported presence of elevated levels of nandrolone metabolites are upheld, the refusal charge is withdrawn, Hughie and Tyson Fury each receive a two-year period of ineligibility, and their results from their respective fights in February 2015 are disqualified. The only reason Fury get away with the 2 year ban is actually because he class lawsuit as HW champion for damaging future earning. Probably the same s**** Whyte use to get clean of the situation. If Fury was innocent in the situation why would he accepted a compromise ? He had money and it wasn't a money problem, unlike with the agency who spend way too much on this one.
