    Ok, so obviously if a TOP Fighter fights for 15 - 20 years and a 100/150 fights, he is going to have 30 - 40 or more -Top & Noted Opponents on his Record, the more you fight the more you'll face...

    But which FIGHTERS in History fought the MOST Names in the Fewest Fights???

    All Divisions, or as many as you are aware of. Thank you.

    I think the boxer his name was Jimmy Britt

    he box against with Joe Gans & Battling Nelson & Terry McGovern & George The Kid Lavigne & Packey McFarland & the Young Corbett
    & is surprised the whole of its career is about 25 only fights

    My vote goes to Jim Corbett, who fought 9 different HOFers a total of 12 times... in just 20 fights!

    I think Leon Spinks deserves a mention. Not for his whole record but for his first 15 bouts:
    - 2x Muhammad Ali
    - Larry Holmes
    - Gerrie Coetzee
    - Alfredo Evangelista, Scott LeDoux, Bernardo Mercado...

    Not an all timer, but always stood out as odd:

    Oleg Maskaev debuted against a 21-0 bronze medalist, fought Oliver McCall in his 7th fight, David Tua in his 12th fight, Alex Stewart in his 13th, Hasim Rahman in his 20th fight. I feel like he was an example of a dude who came out of the gate needing money badly, and despite getting worn down pretty badly before his professional prime (he debuted at 24), somehow managed to capture a belt.

    De La Hoya and Ray Leonard stand out as guys who didn't waste any time and fought everyone in fewer than 50 fights each. I always give credit to Juan La Porte, too. Gave an awesome fight to Azumah Nelson, beat Rocky Lockridge. Fought JCC, Salvador Sanchez, Wilfredo Gomez, Barry McGuigan, even a super green Kostya Tszyu.

    Maywather fought Genaro Herndnez in his 18th fight, and then pretty much everyone was legitimate until he won his 49th fight against Berto. 31 straight.

    Fights 34-72 for Pacquiao were basically against quality opponents, plus a handful of good fighters before that.

    Michael Spinks in 32 might be the strongest of the modern era:

    Qawi, Mustafa Muhammad, Yaqui, Johnson, Holmesx2, Tyson, Cooney, Davis bros, Sutherland (first undisputed 168 ever), Vonzell etc; incredible resume.

    Shorty Hogue went 52-11-2 in a three year career. He fought Archie Moore 3 times- going 2-1- fought Eddie Booker 3 times, Charley Burley and Bandit Romero.

    I wrote about his first 15 bouts till he fought Larry Holmes for the title. That's an extremely tough start for a pro fighter. Qawi was later on.
