It’s not just that he beat Bryd it was the manner he did showing excellent ring generalship that is instructive. He could do what AJ could not quite pull off in Jeddah.

You both seem to know boxing at times but that quote of styles is incorrect lots of matches have been won cause of a skills or weight advantage not just cause of a style

Yes intangibles matter but he is exactly the type of fighter I would favour to get to Usyk. I have studied Usyk and if my life depended on it Ike is one one the fighters I would count on not just to beat him but to take him out.

Ike was also very skilled , powerful , great punch variety, bags of stamina, very good ring generalship and most important of all was coached by an excellent old school trainer and former world champion Curtis Cokes. Usyk is a nightmare for most but Ike would be a nightmare for Usyk. Just to confirm I am not biased I think Usyk would beat my country men Herbie Hide, Henry Akinwande, my late friend of blessed memory Big Bad James Oyebola and Samuel Peter.

 

Yea I do like ike to great use of angles with great power he's underrated on this site for some odd reason... I ever seen people say which is a lie Usyk is less skilled then ali when usky is more modern and fought more skilled fighters

 

Usyk’s reminds me in some ways of Ali but not quite as good.
