The press were setting expectations that Joey would win by highlight-reel KO. Doesn't seem at all likely to me, but....

 

L.A. is filled with spoiled A holes. Should have had this fight in Miami.

 

With the added positive that the main event would start before 2 am EDT.

 

They're still watching a good fight with solid action and skills. They should try to enjoy what they're seeing instead of being rude unappreciative scumbags. Can't believe this ****. This is where some American crowds **** me off, they can really take the life out of what should be a fun event.

 

What's the reason for pushing this kid? The commentators, Hazzard included with his scoring, are riding his nuts. He ain't special at all.

I generally agree...but Spencer is being promoted as the "next Canelo" and it's clear he's a different sort of fighter. I'm reasonably-happy with what I'm seeing from him tonight - it's just that "his people" are doing him no favors by painting a false picture of him. They are reaping what they sow.

 

I'm being told that's Joe Biden.

 

Here's one thing I can say Spencer actually does quite damn well, his body jab is consistent and solid. Basically won him the fight.

 

The reason for pushing this kid?
