I recall a thread around a month ago on here with the title something along the lines of ‘Luis Ortiz, greatest HW southpaw of all time’

Some people dont know squat about boxing

When Ruiz beat AJ, the bodybuilder got smashed by a fatso. Ortiz gets beat by him and all of a sudden he is washed up and should retire.

In actual fact, besides the knockdowns Ortiz fought well but he got beat by a fatso so lets give him the same treatment as AJ got.

To sum it up, ‘Legendary Luis Ortiz’ got beat by a fatso

Ortiz did what? fought well otherwise? all he was doing in there was throwing a light jab at best mostly because Ruiz was being patient with his attack & waiting for his opening otherwise he would have been dropped some more,

Ortiz was Too worried about getting into exchange's while trying to keep a distance by lightly jabbing Ruiz where most of them were not even landing clean by the way, didn't put any power onto his shots as well as not throwing any combinations in fear of being embarrassingly countered, Yikes but yeah he fought "Well".

Again that great Cuban Style Boxing, Oh just look at that Art on display.

I mean, Ortiz won 6 to 7 rounds on the scorecards.

I don't care who he beat, he's a top 10 HW simply because he's 198 years old and is still a force in the sport.

If anything it makes Wilders wins look more impressive. The guy is 43, legs and chin are completely shot, and he outboxed Ruiz. In hindsite if he had fought AJ when it was rumored he probably would have KOed him. I question how old some of you guys are? I'm 40 and already feel way worse than I did at 38, I can only imagine the fall off for elite athletes.
