Fury fought in April. He needs a fight in November or December to stay active but Charr is a joke. it won't pay. no one will pay to see it.

 

if Fury fights Charr he loses all credibility. unless it's an exhibition for charity of something like that.
if they serve it up as a legitimate title fight it will kill his reputation. BT won't go for it surely.

 

If not AJ then surely it will be Kabayel. He pretty much confirmed they have an agreement in place on Instagram and asking for Fury to not leave him hanging.

Didn’t Charr hold some obscure belt a few years ago? Perhaps Fury signed a contract to fight him in 2018.. but then the Wilder opportunity came along.

AJ can't box for the title because he's not in the top 15 with the WBC.

I thought it would be Kabayel but strangely enough he has dropped out and somehow Delboy Chisora rolls in at 15.

Whilst true you regularly see fighters appearing in the top 15 for no apparent reason then it’s announced shortly after they’re fighting for the title. If they get the word from promoters they’ll chuck anybody in to get their sanctioning fees.

 

Totally agree mate. Chisora was nowhere too be seen in July's rankings but sneaks in at 15 in August.

I think Warren and Fury are trying too play with AJ as I suspect him and Edward have put a spanner in the works for Dubois/ Whyte. Wouldn't surprise me if Dillian wants too box AJ instead for what would more than likely be more money. Tyson was offering 26th Nov up as a date as was frank which DDD/Whyte was initially supposed too be on.

 

Given Whyte's recent record and frankly his declining lustre, him vs Dubois would make a good chief support for Fury-AJ. Financial demands would mean it never happens, unless the headliners take a chunky cut.

 

if Chisora is in line AJ should know as much about that as anyone
