Johnny seems a likable guy but he's alienating the boxing community by the minute with all this bosh Chinese food and bants with his dad.
I dont really pay attention to all the bosh crap but if it gets him fans and sells tickets then fair play. Boxing doesn't help itself
They are a nice family tbh Live just down the road from me and my missus talks to his mum often The Bosh stuff is cringe worthy and doesn't show them in the normal light Johnny is actually a bit of a clever lad A+ Student
Yeah my mate knows him a little through his gym and other people. Says he's a good lad. Are you in Romford then? I was in Harold Wood a few years
There are also other, easier, more long-lasting professions for smart educated people. Fisher's entire value is his ability to shift tickets to casuals and fair enough, the "bosh" nonsense is clearly part of that - see what happens when the sport catches up with him.
From my understanding ,he has a plan for the future, i mean i dont know them that well but its been mentioned Most boxers entire value s is down to shifting tickets esp to as you say casuals Without casuals ,like them or not the sport would either die or just not be worth getting in to (as a profession) You are bang on though when you say there is easier ways to earn money for a smart guy so i guess he went to University and tried it and ended up liking it?
Yeah, fair enough - and he seems pretty respectful to the sport other than his own "bosh" nonsense; in the run-up to fights he seems credible and gives all the credit to the trainers, not in a rush, etc. Conor Benn used to be more like that so I hope Fisher doesn't adopt Conor's arrogance. I take it the dad does more than just sell tickets for his lad though?
