For example, which fighter has a string of losses against the highest level of competition? The fighter must not have a win inbetween this losing streak, draws aren't allowed either but no contests are accepted.

Jorge Lujan had a string of 5 losses in a row all by UD, 4 of them to former champs around their prime in Julian Solis, Jeff Chandler, Sergio Palma and Lupe Pintor.

Gabriel Rosado had a 4 fight losing streak and 1 no contest. All of his losses came to champions all during their prime, 4 of the fights were against undefeated fighters. TKO loss to Golovkin, TKO loss to Peter Quillin, 10 round no contest to J'Leon Love, UD loss to Jermell Charlo and a TKO loss to David Lemeiuex.

Fel Clemente lost five fights in a row:

    1) Salvador Sanchez
    2) Ruben Castillo
    3) Rocky Lockridge
    4) Rocky Garcia
    5) Juan LaPorte

Three champions, one longtime top 10 contender, and another guy who was Top 10 for a bit.

Roy Jones' 3 loses on the bounce to Tarver, Johnson, and Tarver again was a spectacular fall from grace.

Speaking of Glen Johnson, he has two four loss streaks in his career. 1999-2000 Sven Ottke, Syd Vanderpoel, Silvio Branco, and Omar Sheika. 2001-2012 Froch, Bute, Fonfara and Groves.

Tavouris Cloud lost to Hopkins, Stevenson and Betterbiev before retiring for a number of years. That's a decent resume of loses.

Jimmy Bivins was on a ridiculous win streak against the best then dropped three in a row to Walcott, Murray, and Charles. All men he had beaten too I believe

I know that Ricardo Mayorga lost damn near every fight he was in sans the Forrest and (arguably) Vargas fights. Speaking on Fernando, he didn't win many big fights either.

Too bad draws don't count in this thread because Mosley lost to Mayweather, had a draw with Sergio Mora then lost to Manny Pacquaio and Canelo, 3 of them being former p4p number 1 at or around their prime.

Winky Wright had a string of 3 losses, lost to an almost prime Hopkins, Paul Williams and Peter Quillin before retiring.

Erik Morales lost 4 fights in a row after his biggest win in Manny Pacquaio. Lost to Zahir Raheem, Pacquaio twice by KO and David Diaz.

Jesse Ferguson had a string of 6 losses in a row. Among them were Ray Mercer, Frank Bruno, Larry Holmes, Jeremy Williams, Alex Stewart and Danell Nicholson.

Almost forgot about Darnell Boone, has streaks of losses vs high ranking competition. His first losing streak of more than 3 had him losing 5 fights in a row. Among his opponents were Craig McEwan, Erislandy Lara, Edwin Rodriguez, Jose Angel Rodriguez and Brandon Gonzales. His next string of defeats he lost 4 in a row. His opponents were Dyah Davis, Kovalev, Derrick Webster and Adonis Stevenson.

Although Mayorga had a lot of high profile losses, his biggest losing streak of 3 happened against mediocre competition. Vargas is a good shout, lost to Mosley twice then Mayorga before retiring.

Yeah Gamboa is a good mention, lost to Davis, Haney and Cruz recently, Might add more to his losing streak in the future.
