I have a couple casual boxing friends and it seems like the "big" fights they tune in to always suck, like tonights fight. They're always like "Welp, back to MMA, thanks for nothing"

Really hoped something special would happen tonight.

Blame GGG. Canelo tried to have a fight.

Not every big fight is ass, though. Most of them do live up to expectations.

Canelo is just overrated. He's a good fighter but not great. Spence, Usyk, Inoue, Crawford, Loma, Chocolotito, Ennis, Ortiz Jr, Benavidez would all beat him in the same weight class. Spence, Crawford, Estrada, Loma, and Usyk all have beaten more proven fighters.

Spence is more overrated than Canelo.

You should have known better. GGG's legs were shot against Murata. I didn't think the fight would be competitive and it wasn't. My bigger disappointment Canelo - he didn't look good tonight.

Why would you invite your friends to watch a fight knowing that the "A" side fighter called out a fighter he didn't want anything to do with five years ago, but suddenly was calling him after he lost against Bivol? LMAO. You must not like having friends.

You had me until spence and crawford, Canelo has a case for being in top 100 boxers easily. If Crawford and Spence retire tomorrow they are nobodies.

I expect casuals to be casuals. Of course they won't know better.

Based on what wins does he have a case for being in the 100 best fighters of alltime?

Name me in your opinion his 4 best wins.

Agreed, though I'd say very good. Same goes for Golovkin, even on his best night. That's why these guys had close fights (not so much the third time, but, eh).
