One of the greatest KO punchers in heavyweight boxing history. I think hes already borderline, how he finishes his career will determine whether he is or isnt.
In no way shape or form is he HOF worthy. But what makes me mad is that he's "officially" a HW champion with 10 title defenses under his belt. That ties Ali I think. I can see him getting in off that alone. Then the legend of his power, yeah he'll probably get in..............
The boxing HoF is not as difficult to get into as MLB. Wilder definitely will be a HoFer. Is he an ATG? No, he just has ATG power.
10 successful defenses champion for 5 years undefeated for 12 years knocked down every man he has faced 95% ko ratio Wilder is already hof very close to atg status
As much as people don't agree that he's done enough to be in the HOF he's most likely going to be inducted at some point. His popularity, KOs, and fights with Fury will get him in. I personally don't think he's worthy as HOF status but there's been other fighters that also shouldn't be in it as well. That's how low the standards are for the IBHOF
