All he really did was beat up a prostitute and crash his car with somebody in it, resulting in no deaths. Decades of imprisonment is way, way more than enough punishment for that.

Imagine if you hit somebody while drunk and then somebody locked you in their basement for decades while people beat and raped you at points. You don't think that's enough punishment?

 

Someone give that dude a fight. Looks like he has some basic weights but is still ripped, what if he got on a good conditioning program. His skills & power are not gonna go away and it's not like many today's top 50 HW's are that skilled. Biggest thing is his speed and stamina might be gone from years of inactivity.
