Yea Wilder vs Joyce is one on the most fascinating and intersting fight out there. One punch KO artist vs attrition monster. Wilder will land right hands but usually doesn't follow up with combos until you are hurt. Joyce could withstand one shots. Joyce would demolish Wilder on the inside though and his stamina is superior. Could go either way, I'd favor Joyce as Wilder might not be the same now.

Great fight. Parker did a lot better than I expected but ultimately things panned out as I thought they would. Didn't think Joyce would drop him like that though. That was vicious.

Oh, come on, Dan. What else were you implying with statements like, "I've not seen anything from Joyce that shows me he defends with anything other than his face" and "I especially liked the subtlety of catching right hands with his face"?

You saw a fringe guy like Christian Hammer land shots that Joyce didn't care to defend and thought Parker would take target practice on him. You figured Joyce couldn't do anything else. Others who've kept an eye on him knew otherwise.

Anyway, I'm just busting your balls, man.

Have you ever seen footage of the Hamza Beguerni fight? Can't seem to find it anywhere.

Beforehand they were saying he was in the best shape ever blah blah. Joyce was to much for him just all round better. The consistency , quantity and quality of Joyce’s jab was beautiful to see. I loved it.

Anyone else see Joyce saying in the buildup to the Parker fight that he has something like 5 times the normal bone density or something?

I believe it, as yet no one has made even a dent or make him back up in the slightest - Parker caught him with a more than a few bombs that would have had other fighters in trouble.

Who cares if it looks slow to you if nobody seems to be able to get out the way? It’s not like he’s shadow boxing at volume, he’s landing at will and breaking people down. Parker fought well but Joyce is not normal with the pace he’s able to keep.

I watched Canelo vs GGG last week but not this fight. It sounds like I chose the PPV fight.

I've just seen the KO on YouTube.

Parker caught the back of his neck against the ropes when he went down. It always worries me when I see that.

    I hope he's OK.

Fighting and beating Lewison on his professional was a significant statement. It made me sit up and take note of JJ the Juggernaut.
